Sun Ferry communicates with its passengers through multiple channels, offering exceptional and attentive customer service.

  • Customer Service Hotline: Sun Ferry offers customer support through its Interactive Voice Response System, with Customer Service Officers answering enquiries and providing timely assistance during office hours*. Passengers can also check the sailing schedule or share their feedback through the automated system during non-office hours.

  • Sun Ferry Mobile App: Passengers can make use of the real-time messaging function to contact our Customer Service Officers during office hours*.
  • Feedback Form – Passengers can fill out the feedback form downloaded via the QR code displayed on the notice board at each pier.

*Office hours are 9:00am – 12:55pm and 2:15pm – 5:00pm from Mondays to Fridays  (except  holidays).

Please note: Starting from 1st June 2025, the hotline business hours of Sun Ferry customer service hotline will be changed as follows:
Mondays to Fridays 9am to 12:55pm 2:15 pm to 5pm only (except public holidays) .
