According to the latest government gazette of compulsory testing notice, any persons who had been present at Central Pier No. 6 and/or Mui Wo piers at any time during the period from 7pm to 10pm on 26 October are required to undergo the compulsory COVID-19 testing* on or before 16 November 2021. (If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between 12 November and 14 November 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.)

Meanwhile, according to the information from Centre of Health Protection & concerned government department, an imported COVID-19 confirmed case (#12387) had taken the 08:30pm fast-ferry sailing (deployed by Fast Ferry VI)departing from Mui Wo to Central on 26 November, 2021. 

Sun Ferry calls passengers’ to observe the compulsory testing requirement as well as to pay attention to your health conditions.

At the same time, Sun Ferry are committed to arranging the concerned staff members to undergo the compulsory COVID-19 testing, as well as closely monitoring their health conditions. Sterilisation at piers and onboard will maintain continuously.
