Enjoy a stroll with a historical and natural touch

The Pak Mong section to Mui Wo section along the trail was named as the Hong Kong Olympic Trail by the HKSAR Government for commemorating the co-organisation of the Beijing Olympic Equestrian Events in 2008. 11 sport icons were inlaid along the trail, combining the contemporary style with antique culture.

Route

Tung Chung Pak Mong Silvermine Waterfall Silvermine Cave Pak Ngan Heung Mui Wo Pier (The route is about 10 kilometres which takes around four hours to complete)

To Mui Wo

We operate an ordinary-ferry service and a fast-ferry service from Central Pier 6 to Mui Wo, taking around 55 - 60 minutes and 35 - 40 minutes respectively.

Tung Chung

Setting off from Tung Chung MTR station, it takes around 45 minutes to Pak Mong, the starting point of the Hong Kong Olympic Trail.

Commemorating the co-organisation of the Beijing Olympic Equestrian Events in 2008, the Pak Mong section to Mui Wo section along the trail was named as the Hong Kong Olympic Trail.
