Departing from Chi Ma Wan Pier, this trail is a rewarding journey that is worth spending around three hours to complete. The route goes through terrace wetland, the Lagoon as well as the intertidal zone in Shap Long Chung Hau. Overlooking the stunning panorama of the offshore islands, the highest point of Tai Ngau Wu is definitely a scenic spot that cannot be missed. Hikers can enjoy a leisurely picnic or BBQ off the beaten track in Pak Fu Tin Camp Site or Barbecue Site too.

Taking our Inter Islands ferry route from Cheung Chau Pier or Mui Wo Pier is the fastest way to reach Chi Ma Wan Pier, which passengers can take ferry from Central Pier 5 to Cheung Chau Pier or from Central Pier 6 to Mui Wo Pier. Chi Ma Wan is one of the stops of the Inter Islands ferry route that ply between Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Chi Ma Wan and Cheung Chau.
