Hong Kong Olympic Trail is about 5.6 kilometres with its highest point at Mong To Au (277 metres) and the starting point at Pak Mong. The trail passes through Silvermine Cave, Pak Ngan Heung Man Mo Temple and ends at Mui Wo Pier. Set off at Tung Chung and it will take about two hours to complete the whole journey. At the starting point of the trail, five trees were planted to represent the Olympic Rings with 11 graphics of Olympic sports decorating the trail. Other scenic spots include the historic fortress building ("Diaolou"), Pak Mong Sword Testing Rock, Silvermine Cave and the waterfall. Visitors may also try the various delectable cuisines at restaurants lined beside the Mui Wo pier.
